Every organ in the body is different, and every organ, being different, has a different job to perform. We find that the kidneys don't do the work the liver does. The kidney don't do the work that the lungs do. They have a different chemical makeup. Each organ has a different chemical makeup and each does its jobs according to the chemical structure that determines and specifies its function. All cells in the vital organs are built of chemicals brought to them by the bloodstream.

The brain centers are different amongst themselves, and are different in each individual person, as well. People who tend to be destructive shouldn't use meat. Meat adds to the destructiveness of a person.

Those who have a lot of affection for people generally turn to sweets; that is why men usually bring candy to their girlfriends or wives. But sweetness is also found in honey, in pies, in cakes. The affection center feeds on sweets and, I might also tell those who are overweight, if you haven't the affection you need, you turn to sweets. It is a satisfaction that comes from the sweets that is missing when our lives are not balanced. And you find out it's like the chicken and egg story. If you don't affection, you go to sweets, which causes more trouble with the initial problem. Now if we can develop enough discipline, the problem can be corrected, and the excess weight can be lost.

If you must have sweets, honey is wonderful. It retains the life principles but it is very, very concentrated. Honey is six times more concentrated than sugar, and you have to be careful using it. Dilute it when you use it. Don't cook with it, or the live enzymes will be destroyed, and the honey will be chemically changed. When the cereal is cooked, put the honey on it afterwards. Add it to all foods afterwards, and this is the proper way to use honey.

Temper develops when we use a lot of sauces. Passions begin to rise when we use alcohol. It is the overuse of these substances that we have to think about. Milk is a wonderful food if it is used properly, but most people do not use milk properly. Many overuse milk, since the average American diet is 25 percent milk and milk pasteurized and homogenized, its natural state is altered.
